All of Rowe's Prints products have free UK shipping

Pre-order items

All of our pattern scarves and sarongs are pre-order items, this is due to the quality in our designs. These items can take up to 7-21 days for us to produce. As soon as we have made your item it will be dispatched.

Ready to ship items

​

Our plain satin scarves and spa headbands dispatch time is 48 hours after you place your order.

We offer all our customers tracked shipping.

International shipping

If you would like to purchase from us and you live abroad please contact us for shipping cost and dispatch time. Our email address is: rowesprints@gmail.com.

We ship via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed. Due to the current circumstances, we would people ask for your patience and understanding.

Exchange Policy

Rowe’s Prints does not offer refunds, we have an exchange only policy. The item you decide to exchange should cost the same as the original product you purchased. We will then send you the new item at no extra charge.  

 

We will only accept returns on faulty items. You will need to send photographic evidence to our email address, it is then down to our own discrepancy as to whether we accept.


It is important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Rowe’s Prints when sending back faulty products, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and make sure you can track the product.

 

Please note that if you successfully receive a refund due to Rowe's Prints excepting the faulty product, your refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
